Our Story

LA Sweet Treats was inspired years ago when my Dad retired and I wanted to give him a special, one of a kind cake.

I found a great bakery and worked closely with their cake artist to create just the right combination of fun and realism to honor his personality and 40+ year dedication to the TV news industry.

What they created was incredible and I was delighted, as well as all the others who came to honor his service.

I remember thinking to myself how satisfying it would be to participate in other people's big life events by making them something truly unique and memorable, and LA Sweet Treats was created!

This is a neighborhood shop, and I love supporting the North Texas community.
